I took Maca for a few months and it messed up my menstrual cycle. I also took Royal Jelly for a few months, and after the 3rd month, i got very nauseated after taking it. Is this normal? I have always had a normal cycle. Did IVF this year, got pregnant, and had a miscarriage.

Hi Angela,

Thanks for your question. Yes, it does. The body still needs the same enzyme to digest dairy, regardless if the milk is raw or not. Calcium enriched rice milk made out of brown rice is a great alternative to cow's milk. You can find it in most health food shops. Hope this helps, let me know if you've got other questions! Warmest regards, Iva.
