What about cooking materials that you use. Like a slow cooker for example, does it somehow leech chemicals into the food you prepare in it? It almost seems impossible to get rid of all toxins in your environment.

Thanks for your comment. Most health food stores and organic stores will stock food that’s all natural and additive free. If you don’t know where one is check the yellow pages directory. Good quality supermarkets will also have a wider selection of additive free products. Take your time next time you go shopping and go to a few different shops and browse their product selection. You can also call a naturopath in your area and ask for shop suggestions. You other alternative is online shopping. You can find pretty much everything you need online! I hope this helps!
