Ali – 3 Failed ICIS’s and Sperm Abnormalities
Julie – Ovarian Cysts and Unexplained Infertility
Kristen – Endometriosis, Fibroids and Cysts
Lisa – Ovarian Cysts, Varicoceles, Poor Sperm Morphology
Ali – 35 years old
Ali read about my work on Mercola.com. By the time she has contacted me she had a long and painstaking fertility journey behind her. Here is a summary of her fertility background:
- Gave birth to her healthy daughter in 2004
- TTC since 2005
- Two miscarriages in 2006
- One miscarriage in 2009
- ICSI in Aug. 2008 (10 eggs – no fertilization)
- ICSI in Dec. 2008 – no fertilization
- ICSI in April 2009 – miscarried
- Clomiphene and HMG ovulation induction – no fertilization
- Sperm abnormalities (low motility, low concentration, low volume, borderline morphology)
- Ali’s hormonal parameters were all normal
After purchasing the program Ali contacted me as she wanted me to take a look at her case and do a fertility analysis for her. By that stage she was depressed, suffered from insomnia and had no drive left in her. Her husband had enough of fertility treatments and did not want to talk about it anymore. He buried his head in his work and worked long hours. His stress levels were very high, he drank two to three cups of coffee a day, smoked a pack of cigarettes a day and had a wind-down drink after work once or twice a week.
Their diet was a typical diet of a couple who work full time and have no time to shop and prepare food. They mostly ate out, skipped breakfast, had a quick take away or a sandwich for lunch at work. No attention was paid to preservatives, pesticides, sugar and processing of the food. Fast food items and fried food was on the menu almost weekly. On top of that came frequent travel for work, long hours in front of computer and long phone calls on their mobile phones.
She used expensive cosmetic and personal care products of well known brands often seen advertised in magazines like Elle and Vogue. He used well known brands available in every supermarket.
There was a lot of work to be done and he was not willing to change his lifestyle. Ali was getting desperate, but she slowly realized that if things are to change they needed to make some minor changes. She wanted to get pregnant ASAP and the thought of having to wait for 120 days to optimize their egg and sperm health was daunting. But she put her trust in the method and in me. She followed the program and implemented changes I recommended for them in the Fertility Analysis. He agreed to make minor changes and take the supplements I prescribed for them.
Ali also did the tests I recommend in the program and it turned out that she had a common gene mutation which was predisposing her to miscarriages. I recommended a specific treatment for this which she followed.
Few months went past and Ali reported that they both had more energy, were sleeping like babies, and their mood and relationship with each other had improved. After five months since starting the program Ali’s husband had his sperm re-tested. This time the report showed normal sperm and improvement in all parameters. Encouraged with this improvement they tried to conceive and she got pregnant on the first try in 2010.

Her doctor was quite astounded as he didn’t believe her husband’s sperm could improve. She has recently given birth to a healthy girl and is over the moon from joy.

Julie – 32 years old
Julie contacted me via the website wondering if my program could help her. She was a bit skeptical about natural medicine treatments as she never used supplements nor visited a naturopath before. Her husband literally thought she was out of her mind for even contemplating natural medicine treatment and then on top of that one bought off the internet. But she decided there was nothing to lose and everything to gain so she made the small investment in the program and a few weeks later she got the Fertility Analysis too. Here is her fertility journey:
- Was on the oral contraceptive pill for 8 years – got migraines and often felt nauseous
- Had uterine cauterization in 2006
- TTC since 2007
- Ovarian cysts discovered in 2010
- Clomid in March and April 2010
- Doctor recommended IVF
- Husband’s sperm analysis came back normal
Julie told me she really didn’t want to use fertility drugs because they made her feel sick. She also didn’t want to use IVF because she was afraid of the invasive procedures and pain. Both she and her husband suffered from insomnia, she also had nightmares from time to time, he was depressed, stressed and worried. She was sad and still getting over the stress of moving countries – from the US to Australia. Their diet was very high in processed food, fast food, so called anti-nutrients (food which leach nutrients out of the body), caffeine and unfiltered tap water. They were exposed to high levels of electromagnetic radiation, and toxic chemicals from the products they used at home on a regular basis.
Initially Julie found it difficult to make certain changes in her diet and lifestyle. But in her mind it was either that of IVF – so she chose to change. She ordered the supplements, convinced her husband he had to take his supplements and she sent me emails every now and then to let me know how she was going. She reported feeling better, more energized, her sleep had improved, her moods brightened and she was enjoying the new diet she got with the program. She made a compromise to indulge in some of the fast foods on the weekend, but during the week she was following the program as best she could.
When four months of the program were up she and her husband tried to conceive. They were successful the first time and she is due in a couple of months. Julie was so happy and so excited she contacted me immediately after she used her three pregnancy tests at home (just to make sure). She said this was the first time in her life she got a positive pregnancy test result and she couldn’t believe her eyes. She still drops me a line from time to time to let me know she’s having a problem-free and enjoyable pregnancy. She is still using the diet in the program and feels best when she doesn’t deviate from it. Julie and her husband decided not to discover the gender of the baby before his/her arrival. I can’t wait to see the photo of the newborn.

Kristen – 38 years old
Kristen came across my website in 2010 and bought the program. She also got the Fertility Analysis as she was becoming worried that she may not be able to get pregnant naturally. This is her fertility journey:
- LEEP procedure and cervical erosion at 19 years of age
- Diagnosed with endometriosis in her 20′s
- Use the pill for 10 years
- TTC since 2008
- 10cm Dermoid cyst was discovered on her right ovary in 2008
- Dermoid cyst was removed in Dec 2008 and the ovary was saved
- Uterine fibroid was discovered in 2009
- Husband’s sperm was tested 10 years ago (home test), when everything appeared to be normal
Kristen was also anemic and unresponsive to iron, she had many food allergies and intolerances, was diagnosed with psoriasis, suffered from frequent infections and colds and was often prescribed antibiotics. She had chronic nasal congestion and a long history of irritable bowel syndrome. Her husband was overweight, hypothyroid, had joint pain and arthritis, frequently used antibiotics, had lots of stress at work, was under a serious financial strain since starting a new business and was depressed as he recently lost a very close family member. Kristen was worried, couldn’t sleep at night, felt guilty and worthless at times and had a hopeless outlook in the future. Her husband was worried his sperm analysis
would be negative if he had the test repeated after 10 years and could not cope with that as well as what he was already going through. Given the recent loss of a family member Kristen didn’t want to put even more pressure on him.
They followed the Paleo diet which was very high in animal products, had no grains, very few fruits and vegetables and some nuts and seeds. They also took supplements made from animal organs. But this diet and the supplements were full of heavy metals. Their heavy metal levels were very high and were contributing to their frequent infections and lowered immunity. They were also exposed to very high levels of electromagnetic radiation.
I addressed excess estrogen and heavy metals in Kristen’s body and she followed the instructions in the NFP program. Her husband also made some changes recommended in the program. She contacted me during summer in 2010 to let me know she was three months pregnant for the very first time in her life after implementing changes I recommended in the program. Both she and her husband were overjoyed at the prospect of welcoming a new family member to their family. Seven weeks ago, Kristen gave birth to a beautiful baby girl!

Lisa – 31 years old
Lisa and her husband have been trying to conceive for over two years before they contacted me. Here is their fertility history:
- TTC for two years
- Husband has varicocelles and poor sperm morphology
- She was put on Clomid
- Miscarriage at 12 weeks
- Cysts on ovaries discovered after the miscarriage
Shortly after Lisa bought the NFP program and used the Fertility Analysis. Doctors have suggested they try IVF, but they had their reservations.
In addition to following the program Lisa made some changes I highlighted in her Fertility Analysis. She’s been exposing herself to a very toxic substance which she used at home periodically. This substance is not only known to act as a xenoestrogen promoting cysts formation but is also a toxic pesticide which can harm the fetus and provoke a miscarriage. Their diet consisted of a well known brand of cereal with milk for breakfast, pasta, chicken, salad or stir-fry for lunch, chocolate snacks five times a week, some black tea, white rice and white bread, meat and fish from time to time and approximately one piece of fruit a day and some vegetables with dinner. Although this seems like a regular balanced diet their diet contained lots of sugar, trans-fats, hormones, allergens, preservatives, caffeine and was low in fiber, minerals,
vitamins, essential fatty acids and living enzymes.
Her husband also had an immune condition and she was showing signs of a metabolic issue and was constantly tired.
Lisa also used one particular household appliance every day a couple of times a day. The way she was preparing her food meant a lot of nutrients got lost and altered. This was not helping her nor her husband’s health and fertility.
Lisa and her husband followed my advice on top of the program. Five months later she informed me that she was over the moon as she was one month pregnant. Lisa is now on her maternity leave after having given birth to a beautiful baby girl.
