Yesterday I had the IUI procedure. I’ve attached my husband’s semen analysis report for you to see, and I was so happy that it was finally normal! The 4 months of supplements have certainly paid off. Thank you Iva! Previously the result would always be abnormal, the count would be ok…but the morphology and motility would be weak. The doctor compared it to his previous results and he said there has definitely been an improvement!

Every time I see my gynecologist I give him a run-down of all the new things I’ve been learning from NFP. He actually now asks what’s new that I have learned!!

Took the test this morning and it was positive!!!

Unfortunately, people think of conventional medicine first…and that’s just so sad. But unfortunately, been there and done that! After a number of IVF and IUI attempts, and 3 miscarriages I started to look for something different…especially since our infertility was ‘unexplained’ . By reading up online I came across NFP though mercola.com. I was never skeptical, it made total sense in every way. I found the program very insightful, well researched, and clear. Following it felt overwhelming at first, but got better with time.

The fertility analysis was a huge eye opener. It really put things in perspective and gave us personalized clear directives. The service and support from you is beyond words…it felt like I was talking to a friend who genuinely cared about my situation…I wasn’t just another patient . And even if I didn’t email for a while, Iva would ask about me. It was a tremendous amount of support, in a very stressful time! I believe that you shouldn’t wait to have fertility problems to follow it….anyone looking to have a baby no matter what age should follow it…to ensure having a healthy baby and not just to ‘get pregnant’. But it’s easy to say having gone through it. I just hope using my experience of trying the conventional way without success and getting pregnant after following NFP would help others.

I didn’t feel any changes physically, I was generally in good health, exercised regularly, and sleep well. However,getting pregnant from our first try after following the NFP program and my husband’s sperm test result is a testament that NFP works!

I would tell other couples not to waste time trying to get pregnant any other way. Even if they are adamant about IVF, they should follow the NFP program first to ensure a higher rate of success.

My wife and I were distraught over my low sperm counts and resorted to a failed attempt at mini-IVF. I am pregnant! I have been doing your program since April. I am 4 ½ weeks along right now. Last year I had 2 miscarriages at 5 ½ weeks & had low progesterone both times. My mid-wife suggested doing progesterone cream daily to help. I had used the cream between miscarriage 1 & 2, but obviously didn’t get the levels high enough. At the beginning we did not believe in natural fertility and we wanted to use fertility herbs and medicines and nothing happened.
