Iva Keene MRMed. ND.

Hi, I’m  Iva Keene. I'm the Co-founder and Director of Natural Fertility Prescription and the NFP Fertility Coaching Program. I've been a certified naturopathic physician for nearly 15 years. I hold a Masters degree in Reproductive Medicine (MRMed) from University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia and a Bachelor's degree in Health Science in Naturopathy (BHSc Nat. ND) from Endeavour College of Natural Health in Melbourne Australia.

I'm the creator of the Natural Fertility Prescription program which has been endorsed by Nim Barnes, one of my mentors and the pioneer of “Natural Fertility” and the founder of Foresight, the Association for the Promotion of Preconception Care in the UK.

My articles, ebooks, videos and blogs have been read and watched by hundreds of thousands of people since the inception of the NFP in 2008.  I'm proud to say our content has reached more than 1.3 million website viewers over the last 10 years.

From an early age, I had a passion for health and natural medicine. I grew up in a household of mainstream medical doctors where conditions and diseases were discussed over dinner almost nightly. I had an insatiable curiosity for how everything works in the body and how it can be repaired if something is broken.

My parents were more than happy to share their knowledge with me. At age 15, I knew my true passion was in natural medicine, and I followed my heart by reading every book I could find on holistic medicine. I was fascinated by the integrative, functional-medicine approach and how our mind and emotions impact our physical body and wellbeing.

When the time came to choose an area to specialize in, pregnancy and childbirth were my clear choice. It combined all of my passions and curiosities and led me on a wild journey of research and exploration on how natural medicine can help infertile couples create a beautiful healthy baby. I was blessed to experience the miracle of pregnancy and birth with my own daughter at age 41. I'm passionate about helping to restore health and fertility in women and couples considered “too old for pregnancy.”

And here I am, thousands of consultations later sharing my journey with you. I view our work together as a crucial part of the puzzle to help your body do its healing work and restore your fertility naturally. We are all miracles, with miraculous bodies ready to bring more amazing life into this wondrous world!

Kathryn Moloney ND.

Qualified Naturopathic Physician with Bachelors degree in Health Science in Naturopathy (BHSc Nat. ND) from Southern School of Natural Therapies in Melbourne, Australia.

I am so passionate about being a coach for the NFP program because our clients receive such detailed and important information that can educate and support them in making the necessary changes to improve their health and fertility. The information we provide is incredibly in-depth and informative as well as the in depth investigations. This allows us to treat the underlying issues that cause our clients’ fertility issues.

I’m a Qualified Naturopathic Physician with a Bachelor's Degree in Health Science (Naturopathy) from Southern School of Natural Therapies in Melbourne Australia and have over 13 years of experience, specializing in Natural Fertility. Due to my passion to support people to achieve healthy happy babies, plus uncomplicated pregnancies and births, I have post-graduate qualifications in fertility education, as well as birth preparation and support. I’ve helped hundreds of women and couples to conceive who previously had fertility issues through my work in a leading Australian fertility centre and coaching for the Natural Fertility Prescription coaching program.

After my husband and I experienced our own fertility issues when trying to conceive our son, I now have a particular passion for educating couples about the importance and impact of sperm health on their fertility, as well as treating sperm issues. I also have extensive experience in supporting women with PCOS, endometriosis, egg quality issues, low AMH, unexplained infertility and other reproductive issues, as well as IVF support. I am highly motivated to investigate the underlying causes of people’s health and fertility issues and have a belief that if we can find it, we can treat it!

I’m so humbled to be able to offer my specialist knowledge and experience to people all over the world through the NFP program and am grateful for the opportunity to help and support the women and couples I work with.

Nicole Tracy ND.

Qualified Naturopath with Bachelors degree in Health Science in Naturopathy (BHSc Nat. ND) from Endeavour College of Natural Health - Specialized in optimizing male and female preconception health.

I love working with couples all over the world to help them grow their healthy family, wherever they are on their journey. The fertility journey can be a dark and challenging path, and it is so important to have the right allies and guides by your side.

I specialise in optimizing male and female preconception health, addressing complicated cases, solving the puzzle of unexplained infertility, preserving egg quality in older women and IVF/ART support. Over the past 13 years I have helped hundreds of people begin, or grow their healthy families, and I absolutely adore what I do.

I qualified as a Naturopath (Herbal Medicine, Nutrition, Homeopathy) at Endeavour College of Natural Health in Melbourne Australia. Iva and I studied at the same college in Melbourne (both finishing in 2005).

During my study I worked with Integrative General Practitioners at The Health & Wellbeing Medical Centre in Melbourne, Australia. This gave me a solid understanding of the medical profession, pathology testing and specialist referrals. In 2006 I completed my Certificate in Natural Fertility with Dr Kerry Hampton.

In the years since, I have worked at the BellyBelly Pregnancy Centre and then the Fertile Ground Health Group (both in Melbourne) for seven years where I specialized in fertility and IVF/ART support. I also completed my birth attendant (Doula) training in 2010 with Rhea Dempsey and have attended over 100 births in my spare time!

Iva’s training and beliefs are closely aligned with mine, and that is why I was honoured to be invited to join the NFP Fertility Coaching Team. I am thrilled to be part of this world-class group, I see the amazing effects of our coaching program and nothing brings me more joy than helping people to have children (especially when they have exhausted all options and been told it’s not a possibility).

Caroline Anderson ND.

Qualified Naturopath with Bachelors degree in Health Science in Naturopathy (BHSc Nat. ND) from Endeavour College of Natural Health
- Specialized in optimizing male and female preconception health.

My name is Caroline. It is my passion working with and supporting couples with
fertility challenges. I’m a qualified naturopath, having obtained my Bachelor of Health
Science (Naturopathy) through Australia’s top Endeavour College on Natural Health. I also
hold a Bachelor of Health Science (Nursing) and Post Grad Cert in Advanced Nursing Practice
(majoring in Women’s Health) both from Auckland University of Technology, ranked
amongst the top 1% of universities in the world.

I specialise in optimising both male and female fertility, enhancing egg quality, working with
male partners for improving sperm health, and providing naturopathic support during IVF
and associated ART treatments.

To compliment my qualifications, I have a vast experience of working one-on-one with
fertility couples as a fertility (IVF) nurse. I have been fortunate enough to work in premium
IVF clinics around the world such as in London’s exclusive Harley St, attending international
fertility conferences, and working with world-renowned IVF specialists. Through this
experience, I have a deep understanding of all stages of the fertility journey including
treatment options, hormonal pathology interpretation, and the unique issues that fertility
couples face. While I loved IVF nursing, I found myself drawn to natural health and what
can be offered to optimise fertility naturally and so I branched into naturopathy.
In 2010, things took a personal turn, and I found myself on the other side experiencing
personal fertility challenges and the associated heartache. Fortunately, we were able to
overcome this, and now have two children both conceived through combining naturopathic
and IVF treatment.

My true passion lies in the one-on-one coaching, guiding, and educating couples wherever
they may be on their fertility journey. This ranges from natural fertility education and
understanding their body & menstrual cycles on a deeper level through to discussing
complex and unique fertility issues.

I appreciate it can be extremely difficult to wade through the overwhelming amount of
online information available and separating fact from fiction. That is why I was thrilled to
join Iva and the NFP team. I believe it has all the answers in the one place. The unique
combination of the fertility-enhancing online program, together with the individualised
coaching specific to your situation and needs, gives the best opportunity for desired

I always feel so privileged to be a part of such a private journey, and guide couples through
to achieving their much-wanted family.

Charlene Lincoln

Masters in Chinese Traditional Medicine, Acupuncturist and Chinese Herbologist specialized in Women's Health.

My name is Charlene Lincoln. I host the Fertility Hour Podcast where I have the opportunity to interview top experts (in the field of fertility and functional medicine) as they share tips on optimizing your fertility and health. I have a Master’s in Traditional Chinese Medicine and have been practicing acupuncture and Chinese Herbology for the last 18 years, specializing in women’s health. I love treating fertility. I still remember how excited I was when my first client told me she was pregnant.

When I was ready to start my own family I was almost 40. I was discouraged by experts telling me that I would have a challenging time conceiving or maintaining a pregnancy. It was a fateful day when I came across an article written by Iva Keene. She was discussing how to improve egg quality and how critical the 4 month preconception phase was when trying to conceive. I started applying the information she was sharing and became pregnant. I started sharing the information with my fertility clients and witnessed many of them overcoming health issues and becoming pregnant and giving birth to healthy, thriving babies.

It’s such an honor to be part of this team. I believe the work we do is changing the lives of couples and their future children all around the globe. We are truly helping couples take charge of their fertility and their health.
