Introduction to Circle and Bloom

Circle and Bloom

Stress and infertility do not mix. We know that. The difficult part, however, is to figure out how best to remove it from the equation. For the most part, stress is not addressed in conjunction with fertility treatments and procedures. Most fertility specialists are now coming to terms with the fact that they need to start addressing this issue in a more direct manner. And we know that everyone experiences some level of stress; but the stress inherent in the TTC process can be truly overwhelming.

I am happy to introduce you to a very exciting program that was designed specifically to address this. The program is Circle + Bloom’s Mind+Body Fertility Program and is based on medical and scientific research and encompasses a proven method to create a mind body connection to bring about real changes in the body. Bernie Seigel, M.D., NY Times best-selling author of “Love, Medicine & Miracles,” also endorses the program and is on their Advisory Board.

Circle and Bloom’s Story:

The beginnings of the idea started more than twenty years ago when the founder, Joanne, was diagnosed with PCOS as a late teen. The words from her Ob-GYN that “pregnancy may be difficult” were hard to hear. Not surprisingly, she had problems with conception. When a close friend started to have fertility problems she decided to take action. Exploring the connection between the mind and body, as well as the direct connection between stress and hormone balance and ultimately fertility, she had the idea of creating a daily program that tracked to the monthly cycle.

Given the fact that our bodies are changing every day throughout the month, a physiological daily-guided visualization made complete sense to her. As she says “it was my “ah-ha” moment and one that she will never forget. Click here to learn more about Circle and Bloom.

About Their Mind+Body Program for Fertility:

The program uses proven mind body methodology to address cycles. Through relaxation and guided visualization, it promotes hormone balance, healthy egg production and successful ovulation. And it is enjoyable, easy-to-use and non-invasive. It is over six hours of audio programming, segmented into daily tracks that follow your body’s natural fluctuations associated with the reproductive cycle. Each daily session is approximately 15 minutes of a unique combination of music, words and guided instructions, designed to help your body manage stress and understand what it needs to do to get ready for conception. It is simple to use, each day you listen to the session that matches where you are in your cycle. You can start at any point in your cycle and repeat or delete sessions if your cycle is longer or shorter than 28 days. (click here to learn more about the program)

I would love to hear your thoughts about the stress and fertility connection and Circle and Bloom’s program or other approaches that you have used to help reduce the stress in your life. Circle and Bloom also offers a free download to a Fertility Relaxation Program (click here to download your complementary relaxation program).
