Attitude of Gratitude Puts You in a State of Receivership

When you are grateful for what you have in your life, and we all have so much to be grateful for, you switch from lack to abundance, and not just abundance in a monetary sense, but abundance of time, joy, health, fertility, friends, and anything else you desire.

We live in electro-magnetic bodies which emit a certain frequency based on what we think and feel. The electric impulse in the form of a thought informs the the energy field around us what its wanting and the magnetic pull of our heart draws that experience to us from the filed/universe.

This has been scientifically measured and is part of what’s being researched and taught in quantum medicine and quantum physics.

So, if you are thinking about what’s missing in your life, thinking about what makes you sad, depressed, unhappy, angry, frustrated, envious and any other low frequency emotion, you are attracting more of the same experiences to validate the signal you are sending out.

If life always confirms your beliefs and thoughts about certain people, situations or yourself, it’s time to review what you are thinking about on a regular basis. And be completely honest with yourself. You can even keep a diary for a week to note down all the dominant thoughts on a daily basis.

“Oh but I haven’t achieved/received/gained what I want so how can I be grateful?”

Majority of people think this way. And it’s nobody’s fault. Our brain is programmed to look for problems and solve them and it won’t rest until it succeeds. This leaves you with anxiety, mental exhaustion, sleepless nights, stress and worse if it continues for a long time.

However, if you give your brain a different task to focus on, for example, you could ask, what am I grateful for in my life? It’ll search for all the things you can be grateful for. Gratitude generates high frequency (540 MHz) which overrides the frequencies of fear (100 MHz), shame (20 MHz), guilt (30 MHz), anger (150 MHz) and many others. Now, you are emitting a different electric impulse to the universe and attracting a different reality into your life.

The more you are grateful for what you currently have the more you’ll be given to be grateful for. So even if its a small amount of money in your bank account, physical body that functions, having a roof over your head, having friends and family, pets, clothes to wear, a car to drive, electricity to keep you warm and food in your fridge…be grateful for that, start there because what you have, and what you may take for granted, is somebody’s dream and life achievement.

Can we be grateful for bad experiences?

How many can say, when they look back on their life, and on the situations that didn’t work out, “Thank God I did not get that job,” or “started going out with that guy/girl,” or “boarded the wrong train,” or “got stuck in traffic”. Divine intervention or coincidence as some like to call it 😉 literally saved you/your life and pointed you to a different direction. With the benefit of hindsight and a few years of maturity, you can see how those scenarios would have panned out for you, and you are so grateful you were spared those experiences. So yes, we can be grateful for those experiences too because they were blessings in disguise.

So be grateful for a new day, new opportunities, old beloved jeans and PJs, and all the love and appreciation you receive from your circle of people and pets because this is a gift, and an attitude of gratitude will attract more of what your heart desires.

Happy Thanksgiving!
